The studio is on the sixth floor, it has an area of 54 m2 and a terrace with an area of 25 m2. The rooms are air conditioned and equipped with built–in furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with utilities (a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, an oven and an induction stove). The terrace with a view of Vyšehrad has a wooden surface on one part and a perennial bed with automatic watering on the other. 

 

The studio comes with the option of renting a parking space in the underground parking lot and storage space in the basement of the building.
